It's not hard plastic, but Griot's Garage sells a 23-mil thick vinyl 
adhesive w/ acrylic coating that achieves the same thing. You can buy it 
in a 10" X 16" sheet for $22.95, or a 20" X 16" sheet for $39.95. See

It looks easy to trim down with scissors to fit each of the ST's lights. 
I haven't tried the product, though. HTH...
