Re: [ST] Arai policy change for Phone and internet sales



I used to own my own business and my thoughts were that I would charge each
customer a small markup and give good service and get a lot of business,
rather that trying to make all my overhead in one sale.
  But I'm no longer in business ----   guess that says something ------
