Mitch, my '01 ST also came with the lights adjusted too low. I elevated them
in increments over several days, but felt they were still inadequate.( You
can adjust them w/o removing anything). Today I installed the Philips Vision
Plus H4 bulbs in place of the stock bulbs, and also installed the Moto-Plus
additional lights. Haven't had a chance to road test anything yet,. but will
in the next several days, and will report back to you. Others (Eric) have
reported good results and satisfaction with both improvements.   Bill
