It has to be pretty cold ...
A fully charged battery should not freeze until somewhere between -70F and
- -100F (depending on the battery)
A lesser charged battery however will freeze at a lower temp (around -20F
for a battery with a 75% charge)
They do make battery warmers just like block warmers, but you'd need to be
in a place pretty f%$%ing cold to need one...
