$85k is in Australian dollars aka Pacific Peso's. It is only about
us$47000.

Unfortunately US cars have traditionally been very hard to convert to RHD
as they refuse to consider this at design stage.

I have heard about some horrible (non-factory) conversions, including
moving the steering column across to the RHS & operating the steering box,
still on the LHS, with chain & sprockets....
