Yes I found that - have 4XL jacket and 3XL trousers as have 48 inch chest
and 38 inch waist and am 6ft.

SWMBO who is UK size 12 and only 5' 4" had to go for the men's medium
jacket and trousers in the end otherwise the ladies large trousers would
have had the knee pads somewhere around her ankles (the ladies sizes tend
to be cut very long and slim and quite low waisted as opposed to high
waisted [I am reliably informed])
