venting/ducati BS/life

Before buying my Sprint (RS), I considered the Ducati ST2 or ST4.  After 
weighing the cost of entry, and from what I gathered, the ST4 was the way 
to go, and the cost & frequency of maintenence, I chose the RS.  No regrets 
since.  I can't speak to the perfromance comparison, perhaps others can?

Isn't Ducati now owned by some rich American blokes?
