Robert this is easy.. buy an OHLINS.. you will be very , very happy.
order it from Wim Kroon at
http://www.ohlins.nl just make sure to get the correct spring for
your weight. If you weight 165lbs to 180lbs the stock spring will be
fine over 200lbs go to the 15kg spring. ( don't forget to ad the
weight of the panniers if you have them)
