  Several weeks ago the attached charming picture made the rounds on
the web, of a motorcycle cop supposedly giving a ticket to a small
boy with a toy electric motorcycle pulled over to the side of the
road.  The child was pictured signing the ticket proffered by the
officer and the photo was entitled 'Sign here!

  I would very much like to contact the owner of this picture; any
assistance anyone can offer would be most appreciated.
