alternative to the scottoiler

someone on the FJ list, an iron-butter who was extremely frustrated
when his scottoiler stopped oiling in the middle of a ride, decided
to "build a better mousetrap".

this is the result -- it's not fully automatic -- you push a button
to apply some oil to the chain -- but it's sounds pretty good.  it
sounds like the principal improvement is that it's an "active" system,
with a tiny pump, rather than being gravity-fed.
