Well Jack it would be not question for me.....and now that you mention it my
warranty will expire in Feb as well.I think I will check into the extented
warranty.....that is as long as I dont go with the RST 1000.

With what the tensioner failure would have cost me without the warranty
.....well I dont even want to think about it.

With yours being an early ST  that too would influence me.How many miles do
you have on the bike?
