I've had automotive Mobil 1 15W-50 in my bike since it turned 42,000
miles and it hasn't had a clutch problem yet. According to MCN
'standard' Mobil 1 performs as well as 'motorcycle' Mobil 1, yet only
costs ~30% of what the 'motorcycle' oil does. Standard Mobil 1
outperforms all of the non-synthetic and semi-synthetic 'motorcycle'
oils as well. Best of all is you can get good deals on cases of it,
and it's easy to find if you need to top up the sump on a trip.
