like i said , just keep on passing. on a serious note, just add 10% and you
will be close. pretty much every manufacturer, according to what i have read
elsewhere, makes speedometers that read high, product liability may factor
in here somewhere. i live in chicago, where driving the limit is a sure way
to lower your life expectancy. in heavy traffic, i personally always try to
either run with it or faster. only my opinion john c
