     Consider contacting a european dealer directly and picking up the 
     shock yourself. By producing your tickets and thus proving you are a 
     US resident you should be able to purchase the shock VAT free, a 
     saving of 17.5% in the UK or 20% in Ireland. Unfortunately, a resident 
     purchasing on your behalf would be unable to obtain the goods tax 
     free. Most (if not all) EU countries allow this.

be willing to let me have the shock shipped to their address?
