[ST] Rules of lanesplitting

Of all the things in California to do on a bike, you chose "Lane Splitting"
as a highlight?  Oh well, my advice as a long time Californian rider would
be to remember that, Lane Splitting is a "riding skill" to be learned just
like the any other riding skill.  It would be crazy to jump in the middle of
it without knowing what to expect.  Just my .2cents.
