Hi Andrew,

NB: I didn't install mine, but having recently dismantled it for cleaning, I
can presume how it's fitted.

There are a couple of clear plastic 'pins' - one at each side of the panel -
that fix it to the visor. Each pin has a domed outer, and an eccentric
mounting point and screw head on the inner. The pin is only a couple of
millimetres in diameter. The visor must be drilled to fit the pin, which
fits outside the field of view. I presume there's some sort of drilling
template in the kit.

The idea is that the panel is installed when the visor is off the hat (large
radius), tensioned up using the eccentric adjusters, and then seals tightly
against the visor when the latter is bent round the hat (small radius).

FWIW, I also have a FogCity fitted to an OGK Aeroblade - which has a single
curvature visor (i.e. cylindrical section). The FogCity is fine for this.
The Concept has a double curvature visor (i.e. spherical section), and the
standard FogCity product wouldn't be suitable for this (maybe they have some
other product for double curvature visors?).

IMHO, The Pinlock is the better anti-fog device, though the comparison in
this case in unequal (i.e. different hats). A major plus for the Pinlock is
that you can remove it for cleaning (though this isn't an easy job, and I'd
suggest you have a spare set of locating pins available, as they're a bit
ductile).

Regarding Ludo Andries last comment:

free, I do not want to pay again for a pinlock inlay visor

Neither do I, but I will if I must.

Happy shopping.
