I noticed the same thing on my bike after I got back from the Eastern 
Rallye. I quick trip to the hardware store for a new nut, add some 
LocTite, and the problem was solved. I added LocTite to the other side 
while I was at it, too. It's the first nut, bolt, or screw to have come 
off my bike, so I'm not too worried. (Y2K ST w/ ~16,000 mi.)
