[ST] Airhawk or Gel Pad

Does anyone know the size Airhawk used for the ST?  Also, Has anyone tried
any other Gel Pad for the ST?  What size do we get?
Please help, my butt was killing me after about 8 hours of an 11hour trip
riding up to Yosemite last week.
