[ST] RE: (ST) Bad Day



Erik,

I've been in this situation myself. My approach to the insurance accessor was
that I wanted the paint in as new condition, nothing less. I informed him that
'if' he could have it resprayed to OE standard then I'd be happy to accept it. I
then told them that if it was resprayed and I was unhappy with the result that
I'd then insist on replacement anyway. In the meantime I'd claim for a
replacement rental machine while mine was off the road for repraying.

I got new panels :)
