[ST] Racetech (yes, beating a dead horse)

I have to know... when doing the recetech forks.. how
much will it bring up the front end? I weigh about
200lbs and the nosedive is pretty wikid. a freind just
did it on an older VFR thingy and he got just over 2"
lift of the front...
I have not yet even played with the preload adj. will
cranking up the preload adj. lift or just siffen it?
gotta do something about this!!
