I got the plugs done at a BMW rally and they were $40USD. I liked them
so much I got a pair with stereo hearing aid transducers for $140. The
earphones are phenomenal, off the bike. The holes required to mount the
transducers add a bit to the noise, making them about the same as normal
foam plugs. A call to the dealer said I can seal the holes with RTV, but
I haven't done that yet. As a sound engineer, I ride bikes to get AWAY
from music, but I wanted something to keep me company on a long road
trip coming up.
