Also since we have a mini oil thread started in the official Triumph 
shop manual Triumph states that ONLY 10-40, 15-50 or 20-50 be used, 
period.  No 10-50, 10-60  etc. With temps they way they are I 
wouldn't use a 10-40 this time of year.. maybe if I lived in the UK. 
Mobil 1 15-50 will flow at ANY temperature I care to ride in and more 
importantly will protect the engine in the higher summer temps better 
than a 10-40.
