Hi Mike. No I haven't done a track day so I can't comment.
However, since most of us ride on roads most of the time and this is where
the accidents happen (2 killed and 2 VSI on the A377 near me on Sunday in
a head on m/c to m/c) I would have thought that training for road riding
probably had priority and the most benefit.
