The OEM has a cunning shock-absorbing polymer insert, whereas 3rd party
sprockets are solid. I have no idea whether it's worth the price difference!
FWIW I used a cheap solid when I re-geared my Thunderbird, with no
noticeable ill effects, but used Triumph's own when I re-geared the RS.

It's 19mm. If you can't buy one then you can make a tool out of a 19 bolt
and a couple of locknuts.
