Daniel, I have owned both.  ('98 Trophy 1200, '00 Sprint-ST)  Believe it or 
not the Sprint is worse. Especially at a stop.  Hey, I'm not compalining 
tho' ;-)  It's a much better bike (for me) in all areas.
