[ST] recommend front brake pads

In looking thru the archives I see some of the front brake pads some folks
have chosen "sing"...by this do you mean they squeal?  

My shop has stock sets at $106, but EBC sintered are around
$75.  I don't like brakes that squeal.  Thoughts?

Also, the shop I bought the 99 from said the read pads had just recently
been done, but they squeal, any way to get rid of that?
