Re: [ST] Triumph Daytona



I would not expect that Triumph, in its comeback, could get it all right all
at once.  I view the Triumph coverage in the last issue of Motorcyclist as
being on-target.  Just because I don't like it doesn't mean you're not
correct.

Those of us who are hooked on Triumph will continue to ride our Triumph
bikes with pride and be tolerant of the "quirks."  Your comments are much
more realistic than the ones I would offer from my biased viewpoint--the
general motorcycling populace will not be tolerant for long.

How can you tell a Triumph afficionado?  We call them quirks.  And everyone
else calls them flaws.  BTW, I love my bike and it has been perfect in every
way.  It has neither quirk nor flaw and it's got a home with me for a long
time to come (or until I rack up toooo many miles--whichever comes first).
