Must agree, but with hard luggage I no longer find the need for
day to day riding. In fact it is rather nice not having to remove
a tank bag when I leave the bike to go into a store or work.
Before hard luggage that is exactly where I put the opener. And my
opener is not that large, but it would hurt like heck if I where
to land on it.
Still, I must say the worst is when I see someone put a cell phone
in a chest pocket. I have heard of people who have landed on their
cell phone and the X-ray tech could actually tell where the antena
was from the X-ray.
