[ST] Tire replacement

I just ordered a set of Avon Azaro IIs to replace my not yet worn out
Bridgestones.  While they still have probably 1,000 miles worth of life the
Eastern Rallye should use up 2,000+ miles for me.

So here are my questions?

Do the wheels have to be rebalanced after the tires are changed?

Are the wheels balance with or without the brake discs or any other hardware
still on them?

Is this a "Do not try this at home" project?

Any other useful tips?
