[ST] Two Bros/Triumph Carbon Can?

Hi all.

Since I can afford a new can now, I'm thinking of going with the Two. Bros. 
carbon can, since it can be swiveled downward if I decide to get the hard 
panniers someday (which I most likely will do in the future).  Do the 
Triumph carbon cans do the same?  Is one better than the other?

What's a good price for the carbon?  Titanium?  Any suggestions where to 
pick one up?
