[ST] Re: 1'st Ride New RS



Thanks for all the responses. The shifting is actually getting a little better already (170 miles) but its still far from ideal. Think I'll try to adjust the free play as has been suggested. Riding is much better just being able to rev to 5000 RPM now. Pretty soon it will be 6000. Funny but seldom did the Adventurer go much above 5000. This thing loves to go about 80 on the highway, nice and smooth at that speed.

I used to get people asking me if my Adventurer was a restored Triumph. So far I've had two "Triumph -are they back in business?" questions while stopped on the RS.
