That's spot on.  I agree there's definitely a need for this.  I'd sign up
right away for such a course.  Besides that book from England, what about
David Hough's "Proficient Motorcycling"?  This could probably serve as the
"theory" portion of such a course. Now we just have to find someone to put
together the "practical" part!
