[ST] Triumph Mobil 1 vs. Golden Spectro?

Hi everyone.

I had my bike serviced after 500 miles by a Triumph dealer.  I found out 
that instead of using the designated Triumph Mobil 1 oil, he used Golden 
Spectro's 100% 'top of the line' synthetic, and stated that they are 
'exactly the same oil' as Mobil puts out.  Well, that sounds good, and I 
know many more people use Golden Spectro over Mobil 1 in motocross, but it's 
been in the back of my mind for awhile now.

Being a fan of religiously following what the manual states, I began to 
worry.  I may be making a big deal out of nothing but pondered:

1.  Should I keep using golden spectro from now on instead of Mobil 1?

2.  Should I dump the Spectro and put Mobil 1 in right away?

3.  Would it be harmful to the ST engine to switch from one kind of oil to 
another?

I'd really feel more comfortable knowing what you all felt.  I think I want 
to wait until the next oil change and then go exclusively with Mobil 1 as 
the manual states.  Hell, I'll buy the oil for the dealer to use next time 
if I have to!

Please chime on if you have any experience/knowledge on this issue.

P.S.  FYI:  The dealer said he uses Golden Spectro vs. Mobil 1 because you 
have to buy Mobil 1 in enormous shipments, and many times he's received 
crates of the oil damaged.  <*shrug*>
