Patti,

I'm very sorry for your troubles with your bike.  It sounds like a
tremendous dissapointment.  If you do choose to invoke the Lemmon Law I (and
I'm sure the rest of us here) would be very interested in the outcome and
what pushback you recieve (if any) from Triumph.
