RE: [ST] Rear brake rotor for ST (and RS).

I will check tonight, but I believe (MD647LS, MD647RS) are what fit my RS.
EBC's paper catalog lists the rotors from the TT as fitting the
RS/ST/S3/955i, but they are smaller and have a different off set.  Call EBC
your self, as for the measurements between the different numbers you have
been given, then measure your rotors.  I know it is more work than you
should have to do, but the dealer's are incompetent, so do it your self.
Find out which is right, then tell us.  I'll check my bike tonight and get
back to the list tomorrow.

    Does anyone know the CORRECT part number for the rear brake rotor from
EBC. My dealer's parts guy seems to be afraid to call EBC directly and the
EBC Website and supplier catalogs are wrong. He must think they will holler
at him or something equally horrible!

    EBC lists the rear rotor as MD641, which fits the Trophy and OLD Sprint
(wrong 6 bolt pattern, but correct ID and OD). They ordered me an MD648 on
the second try and that is 1 1/2" too small OD (the inside is the correct
pattern and ID). The MD648 appears to fit the Daytona, TT600 and Speed
Triple.

    This is starting to PO me. I am getting very good at removing the rear
wheel, rotor and pads. I can do it in 15 minutes now (hand tools).

    I would like to get the correct part ordered before I leave for Viet Nam
for 3 weeks this coming Sunday.
