[ST] Engine Vibration

 "I am currently getting what sounds like motor/engine vibration coming
under load around 3000 rpm"

I wouldn't rev it that low, especially under load, except in first gear
starting out.  Keep the revs up around the maximum allowable for the
milage during break in.  The vibes are the newborn engine protesting to
have to work so hard.  Between 3k and 5k miles the engine will be fully
broken in and pull very well from 2500 (at least mine did, and it keeps
getting better.)
