I also think that motorcycle rides and pie is a winning combo. Especially
the apple pies made in Julian. I don't get there (on my RS) as often as I
would like.

OTOH, the last great pie I had while riding was Weaverville up North off
hwy 299 from Arcata, CA. It was raining and miserable outside otherwise I
would have gotten it a la mode. Had warm cream instead.

Been off the list for a couple months. Nice to know we're still discussing
the important things in life :-)
