[ST] rain suit question

I have a 2 piece rain suit. The liner in the jacket has proven to
be a real PITA. Always extends out the arms. Gets caught and twisted
when you try to put it on etc.

If I remove the liner, is the jacket going to be as much of a PITA
to remove and get on as before. Or will life be a bit easier.
