[ST] octane

>From what I've been told and expereienced, lower octane gasoline (87) seem 
to get better mileage than super (93), since it doesn't burn as easily and 
as clean.
Sorry, but you got it backwards, the lower an octane rating the lower the flash point,which is why you get detonation  / pre-ignition in higher compression motors .(they run hotter than low compression motors) 							garrett johns 99 st
