Hi Daniel,

My RF800 had the same problem (Phew!!!).  There are some specialist helmet 
liner cleaners around, but I had quite a bit of success using ordinary 
foaming car upholstery cleaner - just give it plenty of time to dry in the 
sun.  Of course now I have the new Shoei with removable liners - why has it 
taken them so long to provide this feature?
