[ST] Re: Serious Q

So I'm working on this side project, you see, and it involves kinda
researching motorcycle consumer's attitudes toward dealers and m/c retail
in general.

I have this survey...and I'll send it to you...

...or you can just email me offlist (don't want to bury the list) with
things you have found good and bad about your Triumph dealer (and other m/c
dealers).

I'll be able to explain (and will in Technicolor) but probably not for a
few months...
