Hi Thom:

Sort of snug, but that is the way I prefer it when its cold outside anyhow.  
I wear a one piece 'stich size 40, which is consistant with my suit size.

The only time it gets a little tighter than I'd prefer is when I wear both 
my REI fleece in combination with the heated liner.

BTW: Vest was sold about 10 minutes after it hit the list.......
