[ST] Re: Riding Posture

After two recent riding schools where I was told repeatedly that I was
too stiff and needed to slouch a little what works for me is to keep
plenty of weight on the pegs, hold onto the bike with my knees, hunch my
back over and keep the weight off the bars. Riding the sprint like this
took some getting used to but I find it very comfortable now When your
back and your arms are straight you're putting 20-30# extra pounds on
the front suspension which upsets the handling of the bike and transfers
every bump right down your spine.
