They look to be R1100S mirrors bolted up to the K1200RS with a backing plate
and bracket.  I was thinking of this myself as a possible mod to a Sprint
RS.  I'm still in midst of deciding if either a Sprint RS or ST is going to
join my Speed Triple in the garage, and the mirrors are certainly a minus on
the RS's scorecard.
