[ST] for Jim Parker - RS recall

I received a 2000 RS recall letter dated 20 October 2000 for the fuel
level sender.  The old style sender would leak gas (and it did) and
Triumph mailed me a letter stating that all sorts of bad things could
happen to me if I didn't get this serviced pronto!  The bikes covered
by this letter (and I don't know if this holds true for the U.K. too)
are as follows:

Sprint ST and Tiger:  VIN range 96419 - 112417

Sprint RS:  VIN range 95944 (start of production) - 112417

 Yours is obviously included, Jim. (Mine is too, and I will have it
done,... but in over a year and 8,000 miles it hasn't leaked yet!)
