[ST] RS Sprocket

I would probably buy steel too but I specifically asked and Sprocket 
Specialists does not make steel ones for the RS at this time.  However, $60 
in 10,000 miles works out to 0.6 cents/mile or 0.3 cents/mile more than 
steel.  Even I can afford that.
