Steven the minimums are when the groves in the pads are gone. The 
front pads are about 4mm thick when new the rear is about 5mm. My 
fronts have a bit more than 3mm remaining with 11K on them. The rears 
wore out with 11K  and I REALLY don't use the rears much.. different 
compound I believe.
