That should have been Loleta. This is actually a vehicular bridge going over the Eel River, but it is so narrow it looks more like a pedestrian overpass. The bridge takes you out to Cock Island, and the road leading up to the bridge is Cannibal Island Rd. Kind of makes me wonder what used to go on out there.
