[ST] Sprocket removal

Hello all,

What is the best way to hold the output shaft while loosening and/or
tightening the nut that holds it in place.  Putting it in gear is not
enough.  The only option I can think of is holding the rear chain ring
or axle nut.  How have the rest of accomplished it?
