excellent -- thanks.  except that their blankety-blank java/shockwave
mishmash doesn't do squat to my browser.  i sure wish web designers would
remember that not everyone owns _their_ PC running _their_ favorite
browser equipped with _their_ plugins.  :-/  especially when it gets
in the way of them selling product.

by any chance is there a url anywhere within that leads to a more
text-based description?  barring that, perhaps an old-fashion phone number?
